Deep dense garnet red. Airy, complex, with hints of vanilla which suggest dried fruits. Powerful but elegant, hint of dried grapes, strong yet subtle.
Pairings
Traditionally combines well with game, grilled meat, roasts and mature cheeses. Can also be drunk on occasions when the conversations is at its most pleasant.
