Mastri Pastai Bettini is a line of pasta from the Antico Pastificio Zaffiri brand. This was founded in 1889 by Raffaele Zaffiri who built his first pasta factory in Lazio, in the Abruzzo National Park, Italy. The pasta is produced with 100% durum wheat from Lazio (Italy), pure spring water, slow drying at low temperatures and bronze stamping are the elements that make this pasta truly unique.
