Grape Variety: 40% Greco, 20% Falanghina, 40% Fiano
Alcohol: 14% vol
Special cuvee made by Luigi Moio, the winemaker and owner of Quintodecimo. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by 6 months of aging on the lees, 70% in stainless steel and the other 30% in new French barriques.
