“Polissena” Valdarno di Sopra DOC is obtained by pressing 100% Sangiovese grapes. it has an intense ruby red colour. The nose has an intense aroma, with notes of undergrowth and hints of red berry fruit. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with a pleasant perception of tannins.
Pairings
Tuscan specialties based on meat, Tuscan croutons, aged cheeses, cold cuts, first and second courses based on game. Particularly recommended with hare, wild boar, Chianina and Cinta Senese.
