Lamelle was the first white wine at Il Borro. The metamorphic matrix soil with large numbers of shell fossils allows the Chardonnay to best express all its freshness, obtaining a product that never tires the palate.

Ideal for fish-based dishes, light first courses or fresh cheeses.
