Founder Gaetano Accordini established the estate in the early part of the 20th Century with the purchase of a 2 hectare (5 acre) piece of land in the village of Negrar. These vineyards have since expanded to comprise further holdings in Negrar, Fumane, Sant’Ambroglio and San Pietro in Cariano near the winery.
