About The Vineyard
Taking advantage of the paternal experience capable of handing down the passion, tenacity and zeal that has accompanied the Rillo family’s work in the vineyard for over a century, in 2004 the brothers Giampiero and Francesco gave life to a new business project: Cantine Tora was born. Cantine Tora is a reality in which respect for tradition is skilfully combined with research and the application of modern winemaking techniques, marrying the philosophy of sustainable agriculture, certified by brands and awards deriving from various projects in which it has been chosen to stick.
Lady Pink

Monfalletto Barolo

About The Vineyard
Thus, in 1997, Ornella and Lionel chose to plant 3.4 hectares of vineyard around the hill, facing south, certified organic since the beginning: 2.4 hectares of Sangiovese for Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino, 0.6 Cabernet Sauvignon and 0.4 Merlot. Carlo Ferrini helped us to select the land for the vines and the vine-stocks, the growth system and the height of the plants. François Bouchet initiated us to biodynamic, the simple and efficient biodynamic of the old gentleman farmer he was. In 2013 we planted three more hectares of vineyard: Sangiovese (2ha), Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
Brunello di Montalcino

Ermenegildo Giusti is a staunch supporter of vine-growing that respects both the environment and the beautiful surrounding countryside. Quality is the company’s top priority, but it also has a strong sense of hospitality and strives to give everyone who visit its estates an experience they will not forget. Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico

About The Vineyard
Founder Gaetano Accordini established the estate in the early part of the 20th Century with the purchase of a 2 hectare (5 acre) piece of land in the village of Negrar. These vineyards have since expanded to comprise further holdings in Negrar, Fumane, Sant’Ambroglio and San Pietro in Cariano near the winery.
